How I work

Stance and approach

Holding space — instead of delivering solutions.

I do not tell a person what is right. I hold space in which they can recognise it themselves.

Transformation through truthfulness

Change that arises under pressure rarely holds. Transformation that emerges from an honest encounter with what is — carries. That is why my work is not about optimisation, not about quick recipes, but about truthfulness — about what may become visible when a person no longer has to avoid the essential.

Depth instead of surface

I work with few people, but in depth. My accompaniment is not a weekly rhythm for many; it needs time, calm and a protected frame. Where things move quickly and broadly, the essential does not come forward.

Body, energy and spirit

What distinguishes my accompaniment from conventional coaching is the contemplative dimension. Stillness, meditation and energy work from my Taoist practice are not an add-on — they are the source. The human being is body, energy and spirit at once; true transformation happens on all three levels.

The wave principle

I work in waves: concentrated, intensive phases of effect — and spaces of stillness between them. This form is not comfort, it is a condition of quality. From the stillness comes the presence I can offer in the intensive phases. That is why my offerings are shaped the way they are: as clearly held arcs, not as an endless stream.
